I recently learned to tell my story with Crystaline. The homework required an emotional deep dive that I don't usually do. Although I struggled with it initially, I also had an "a-ha" movement while mapping out my life and career. I realized that I have a story worth sharing - one that is relevant and interesting to others, particularly those who have shared similar challenges. I loved the online workshops and really liked the group of women in our training group. Being with them in this process made me feel relevant and useful to other people who are facing the prospect of shifting professional gears in mid-life.
