I’m Crystaline - Part Seeker, Part Story Magician - Trying to Understand the Human Experience One Story At A Time.

If we’re meeting for the first time, I’ve spent over fifteen years telling stories as a filmmaker, photographer, writer, editor, and strategic storyteller.

Now I support women in sharing their stories, discovering their authentic voice, and practicing speaking within a supportive community before stepping into the public eye. I center my work around the science of storytelling, somatic safety, and personal transformation. My aim is to help women cultivate confidence, self-compassion, and a profound self-awareness within a connected community to prepare them to share their vision with the world.

I believe that our best stories harness our humanity; they give power to the storyteller and build common humanity with others.  They show us we’re all more alike than we are different. These are the types of stories that we desperately need in a divided world. I can’t wait to walk beside you as you uncover yours.

Transformational Truthtelling starts FEBRUARY 22.

It’s time to tell your most powerful story.  Let’s tell it together!

Insider Reviews: What My Clients Love About This Course

“I lost my corporate job during Covid and started my own business. Telling my story helped me Embrace qualities in myself, such as taking risks and being brave, which allowed me to speak confidently about who I am.”

I thoroughly enjoyed the timeline process and the community breakout groups. It really allowed for focused work. The feedback and encouragement from the other women was hugely supportive. I'd known Crystaline for over a decade and felt no hesitation in purchasing this course as I trust her and her expertise.  I would absolutely recommend this storytelling training to others.

Christine Cafasso, Creative Producer

“STORYTELLING HELPED ME REALIZE I DIDN'T HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN BEING A HUMANITARIAN OR AN ARTIST, I CAN BE BOTH.”

I was feeling stuck between two identities and burned out in my career. Telling my story helped me articulate why art and sensitivity matters. Being heard gave me permission to move in a new direction. I got certified in play therapy. Now, I'm dreaming up ways to incorporate art, sport, and play into my humanitarian work.

Jade Hawes, Play Therapist & Humanitarian

“I was Mid-Divorce and Felt Like a Washed UP Mum with no skills. Learning to Tell my Story Empowered me to Launch my own podcast And Then Land my dream Job with The BBC.”

I hesitated to purchase this online course, because I didn't know why I needed to tell my stories. Positive feedback from other women in the course helped me to see myself through supportive strangers’ eyes which highlighted talents or points of difference about me that I hadn’t recognised in myself. Crystaline has off the scale enthusiasm plus a proven formula to structure your story. I realised how the negative stories I was telling myself were holding me back.

Rachel Oakes, A Good Divorce Podcast

Learning To Tell My story helped me Connect with A new Culture While Living in A New Country.

I took Crystaline's storytelling course to learn new ways to tell my story while learning to live in a new country. I felt I needed to find ways to connect in this new culture. This online course gave me a great initiation to storytelling. I learned why stories are important and how to use my stories to connect with other people (personal, professional, etc.) I especially enjoyed the group workshops and listening to other people's stories. Crystaline made me feel comfortable right away by providing a safe space. I've already recommended this course to people in my network.

Genevieve Veilleux, HR Manager SPHR

“Crystaline's storytelling workshop empowered me to retell my past experiences from a NEW angle which had a profound therapeutic effect on how I perceive myself and Experiences In my life. ”

This course provided me with inspiration, writing techniques, a clear storytelling framework, and a safe environment to explore storytelling while receiving constructive feedback. It also taught me how storytelling can help me connect with clients in the future. Crystaline was professional, focused, and good at what she does. I'd absolutely recommend this course for people who are looking to use storytelling for their business or career or people who are looking for more personal development.

Djamila Muller-Villela, Certified Pilates Instructor

“Crystaline has the rare ability to be completely present and listen well. I gained Enormous Insights Just by Being Listened To.”

Prior to the course, I wasn’t sure I had a good enough story to tell. But what Crystaline does is just magic. She taught me how to look inward at my personal experiences and turn them into compelling stories using a simple formula. I'd highly recommend working with Crystaline for anyone needing to write their story for their business or personal reasons.

Transformational Truthtelling:

How To Tell Stories That Heal, Shift, and Transform

9 Week Group Program ($997)

**Coming Fall 2024.**

Your story is waiting to be told.

I believe there are truths buried in the stories of your past that can shine a light on the possibility of your future. I believe that you deserve a space where you can explore these story pieces with curiosity and kindness while being supported by other brave women. The purpose and truth you seek lives within. Healing and transformation happen when we own our story, have it witnessed by others, and have the tools we need to safely share it with the world.

We tell our stories so we can…

  • be a beacon of hope for others who might feel all alone

  • be seen, understood, and more deeply known

  • convey our complex ideas, emotions, and humanity

  • entertain, educate and captivate others

  • share our cultural values, beliefs, traditions, memories, and histories

  • shape opinions, inspire action, and convey messages that matter

  • build connection and foster greater empathy and understanding

  • make sense of our experiences

  • release emotions, gain closure, and heal

  • enact a sense of ritual, art, healing, and beauty like so many have done for centuries before us

But mostly, we tell our stories to remember where we came from, where we’re going, and who we are at our core.

Got Q’s?

I’ve got A’s.

FAQ #1

Why do I need storytelling?

The stories we tell ourselves have an enormous impact on how we think and act. Since stories change over time, we have the power to revise our stories in a more empowering way at any time. This helps us because it shifts our mindset about certain things in our life and it changes others because when you tell a good story people trust you. A good story builds likability and trust, it will motivate others to buy your product, be your friend, or hire you for a job.

By Understanding And Sharing Your Story:

  • You connect on an emotional level with your audience.

  • You stand out to future employers and or clients.

  • You allow your strengths and experiences come alive, and get them to stick in the memory.

This session is for women (including cis and trans women) seekers, visionary entrepreneurs, and changemakers who are looking to master telling their story, build their confidence, and step into greater visibility. It’s also for women who sometimes feel afraid or stuck when they try to be visible or speak. Our goal is to create a brave, safer space where you can practice being visible before taking your newly learned storytelling skills out into the world.

Yes! All sessions will be recorded and you’ll receive a follow up email with session recording within 48 hours of the session. They are also provided to you via private podcast so that you can listen to them on the go and fit them into your busy life.

FAQ #4

How long do I get access to the online modules?

You will have access to the coursework for six months after the course ends to give you plenty of time to return to the coursework as needed.

FAQ #5

What do you mean when you say women only?

In this space we welcome those who identify as women, transwomen, nonbinary people with a connection to the feminine, and those who may be questioning their gender but want to explore stories of the feminine. It is our goal to make this a safer space where these groups of people can be seen and witnessed.
