When I was approached to photograph an article for the dutch magazine koffieTCaco, I was intrigued.  An entire magazine dedicated to coffee and chocolate----I am so there! An added perk was meeting Paul Songer, an American coffee specialist who taught me that you need to be just as picky about the water as the coffee bean and roasting! We had a great shoot at Bourbon Coffee in Rwanda. You learn something new every day.
